2011 Feld
The stately detached house from 1934 is an impressive contemporary witness to the country house architecture of the time. The mix of plastered brickwork with artificial stone surrounds, which was common at the time, also features many perfectly crafted details. During the remodelling, great attention was paid to preserving the exterior appearance while completely renovating the interior of the house. The floor plans were adapted to the new uses and a complete energy-efficient refurbishment and replacement of all building services systems were carried out.
