The refurbishment project of this double single-family house from 1940 incorporates the demolition of the existing roof, the building of a new attic and a restoration of the interior. The new attic comprises a sleeping area, a dressing room, a bathroom and a terrace. The three zones are divided by their materiality - stone, wood and plaster.
