The object is located in a residential area with mainly single family houses at an unspectacular site. The projects' main theme is the cross section derived from the principle of split level. The living spaces are shifted and accessed via a cascade-stair which leads to an intriguing design in the third dimension. This section presents itself in the south façade and allows an elegant parking solution.
